By continuing to use the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the following terms, declares that they have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement under applicable laws, are of legal age to use these services, and have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this agreement. This agreement is indefinite and imposes rights and obligations on the Parties regarding the Website. By accepting this agreement online or in writing, the Parties undertake to fulfill their respective obligations completely, accurately, and on time, and in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.
Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this agreement is to establish the conditions related to the content of the Website mentioned above and to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties accordingly. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms of Use apply solely between the Parties and relate to the format and conditions of the content included on the Website. The relationship between doctor and patient is not within the scope of these Terms of Use.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
2.1. Synbiotik A.Ş. reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the operation or access to the Website or any part of it, or to alter its content at any time, for any reason.
2.2. Synbiotik A.Ş. undertakes to ensure the User benefits from the services described in the agreement, except in cases of technical malfunctions, regular or irregular maintenance, or termination of Website operation due to error corrections or other causes.
2.3. The User agrees not to engage in reverse engineering or any other activity aimed at discovering or obtaining the source code of the Website, and acknowledges liability for any resulting damages or legal consequences.
2.4. The User accepts sole responsibility for any damages incurred due to providing incomplete or incorrect information via the contact form on the Website.
2.5. For the purpose of improving and developing the Website, or within the framework of legal regulations, certain information such as the internet service provider’s name, IP address, access date and time, visited pages on the Website, and the referring website address may be collected. The User agrees to the collection of this data. If this information contains personal data, Synbiotik A.Ş. may process it in compliance with applicable law and its legal obligations.
2.6. The User agrees not to produce or share any content on the Website that is contrary to public morality, illegal, infringing on third-party rights, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, violating personal rights, or encouraging unlawful acts. 4.1. Synbiotik A.Ş. processes Users’ personal data arising from their use of the Website in accordance with the Clarification Text and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation.
4.2. Synbiotik A.Ş. may transfer personal data to the recipients stated in the Clarification Text, provided that legitimate purposes are observed and appropriate security and confidentiality measures are in place.
Viruses, Hacking, and Other Cybercrimes
The User agrees not to misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other malicious or technologically harmful materials. The User also undertakes not to attempt unauthorized access to the Website, its server, or any related computer systems or databases, nor to engage in any denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks. Any breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offense under applicable laws, and Synbiotik A.Ş. reserves the right to report such violations and cooperate with authorities. In such a case, the User’s right to use the Website shall be terminated immediately. Synbiotik A.Ş. is not liable for any loss or damage caused by such harmful attacks or downloads from third-party content linked on the Website.

Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the Website is solely to provide Users with information related to healthcare services offered by Synbiotik A.Ş. in the field of Pediatric Cardiology, as specified in Law No. 1219, including examination times, availability, and general health-promoting information.

Synbiotik A.Ş. does not guarantee that the Website or any content, service, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Website and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. If the User is dissatisfied with any aspect of the Website, their only recourse is to stop using it.

During such events, the rights and obligations of both parties shall be suspended.
Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1. Entire Agreement and Severability: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
11.2. Amendments: Synbiotik A.Ş. may change the Website content and these Terms of Use at any time. Changes shall become effective upon being published on the Website. It is the User’s responsibility to keep track of such changes. Continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. For the avoidance of doubt, this agreement may not be unilaterally amended by the User.
11.3. Evidence Agreement: In any dispute arising from this agreement, the records and documents of the Parties, including electronic and fax records, shall be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the User agrees not to object to these records.
11.4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
