Sanger sequencing service accepts samples in various formats, including purified plasmids, PCR products (purified or not), and single colonies from agar plates. High-throughput sequencing is possible. Our turnover rate is a maximum of two weeks. Samples can be sent to our facility premixed with your sequencing primer or you can select one of universal primers for sequencing. If you need a unique site for sequencing, do not worry. We can synthesize your sequencing primer (for an additional cost) and store it at our facility for further use. At any time, you can request your sequencing primer for shipping. We also provide data analysis upon request.
